Mr. Rudich brings extensive expertise in business valuation and financial assessments to Bay Business Advisors. 

Ron has conducted well over one hundred formal valuation engagements and has a well-deserved reputation for integrity, thoroughness and clarity. He has been in practice and an authority in this area since 1966.

Ron received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore School of Business with a Magna Cum Laude designation. He also received his Master of Science degree from the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore with a concentration in taxation.

Ron is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Business Appraiser (CBA), Certified M&A Advisor (CM&AA) and a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA).
